Reciprocal Clubs

The Capitol Hill Club is pleased to offer members reciprocal privileges at more than 200 of the finest clubs across the United States and the globe.

To make arrangements, members should first contact the reciprocal club they would like to visit to discuss reservation procedures and special needs. Reservations for overnight accommodations must be made in advance.

Members must next obtain a Letter of Introduction from the Club. In order to do so, please email concierge@capitolhillclub.org with your member name and number, the name of the club and the dates of your travel. The letter of introduction is honored during the dates listed and it is important to remember that clubs will have different reciprocal privileges according to the provisions of our agreements.

It is the policy of most, but not all, reciprocal clubs to obtain payment for visits to their clubs at the time of departure by use of credit card or traveler’s checks. When making a reservation, the member should verify with the reciprocal club the acceptable method of payment.

Capitol Hill Club members can now benefit from visitor privileges to almost 250 Clubs worldwide!  Our club has been a member of the IAC network for over 20 years, and now you can make use of the full network and partner benefits.  The IAC network has member clubs in more than 40 countries with a wide range of facilities, including some 60 golf courses, over 100 clubs with athletic and/or sports facilities and, for that business trip, prestigious venues suitable for conferences or entertainment in most key cities.

All Clubs are carefully chosen to exacting standards to ensure that they meet the expectations and needs of a high-quality global membership. Rest assured, when you are travelling, you will be made welcome in some of the most prestigious clubs around.  IAC’s website provides all the relevant information you need for your prospective visits of IAC clubs, including the location of the club, amenities available, opening times and much more. Their brand-new booking system will also allow you to make your own bookings with a few simple clicks. Whether it’s reserving a table in a club restaurant to booking a round of golf, its very easy.

IAC will also update you with all new Clubs that have joined the network so that you will always be kept up to date.
How to access these clubs? All you need is their gold-colored membership card. Ordering your IAC card could not be easier – simply go to their website (www.iacworldwide.com) and register with your Capitol Hill Club membership number and your name.
