Legacy

The Club is just steps from the halls of Congress and next door to the Republican National Committee. Our Republican foundation and daily operations make us especially unique in our service to the Hill.  In 1951, when 100 GOP Members of Congress obtained the original row house (where the Library of Congress Madison building stands today) where Club members met was known as the Dewey House. Eleven years later, the Club moved to more spacious headquarters at the Congressional Hotel located at 75 C Street. Since 1971, 300 First Street SE is home to the Club, just one block from the U.S. Capitol grounds. Joins us where history is being made, connections are created and where a warm welcome is always at the door.

Firm Memberships

This is the best investment for membership in an organization. Firm memberships are transferable. Meaning, the membership stays with the firm thus the individual cannot take their membership to another company should they resign. Change of cardholder designee within the Firm is permitted when the designee is approved by the Club’s Membership Committee. The Firm is responsible for all dues and purchases under its membership cards without exception. Firm memberships are also our best value in terms of multiple members as minimums are waived with 2 or more Firm members. Only members may use the Club.
